From the first phone call I made to you, your level of customer service has been impeccable. (By the way, I speak with first-hand experience of having worked in the service industry since leaving school). Very good communication and I appreciated you going the extra mile (quite literally!) to sort out the ribbon colour shade during the week before the wedding day.

The driver for the day was smartly presented, very polite and approachable. He arrived at our house with plenty of time to spare. His careful driving was also appreciated. He put the soft-top up and down as requested by Hayley and Pete. Very professional!

You’d be the first on my list to consider for wedding car arrangements if/when my other daughter gets married, and I would have no hesitation in recommending your services to others.

We have recently had the most enjoyable experience of using Function Cars of Purton for our Wedding.

We must confess that we hadn’t come across this organisation before but will certainly recommend them to anybody who is looking for a helpful, friendly and utterly reliable firm to undertake the most important part of any Wedding Day, namely transporting the Bride on time to the correct venue!

The Firm is run by a most delightful lady, Annette, who was thoroughly professional and only too willing to make sure that all of our requirements were fully met.

We booked well over a year in advance , and we would certainly advise this as they get booked up well in advance – not surprising given the standard of their operation.

We selected the car from an excellent and appropriate choice and informed Annette of the provisional timings for the Day.

As the Day drew closer Annette was in regular contact, discussing certain changes to timings we required and other details. All this was duly noted and adhered to implicitly.

The car arrived precisely on time, was immaculate, and driven by the most pleasant of drivers – Peter. He arrived at the Church exactly on time and was ready to collect at the end of the Service. He was requested to take “the long way round” to the Reception as that venue was in walking distance of the Church and we thought it good to have a few minutes together before being back in the spotlight again! The ride was something very special and one of the most memorable parts of the day, thanks entirely to Peter.

Our car was the Imperial Landaulet and the weather allowed us to have the top down on our delightful ride to the Reception. There was even a lovely bottle of bubbly on ice which Peter served with style before we left the Church and he even stopped part way through the journey to refresh our glasses. What a star!!

As I have said before, nothing was too much trouble. They made it feel as if it was our day, special to them and not just another booking. It is also good to know that when you book the car it is exclusively yours for the day.

We would thoroughly and unreservedly recommend Function Cars of Purton and sincerely thank them once again for their excellent service.
